Add new qm command 'importovf', to create VMs from an OVF manifest

Currently the following extracted parameters are used to create a VM:
* VM name
* Memory
* Number of cores
* Disks
PVE/CLI/qm.pm diff | blob | blame | history
Virtual Machine Manager
