HTTP_BOOT_ENABLE -> NETWORK_HTTP_BOOT_ENABLE TLS_ENABLE -> NETWORK_TLS_ENABLE This commit also adds NETWORK_ALLOW_HTTP_CONNECTIONS to reflect the change in OvmfPkg/OvmfPkg*.dsc.
