CryptoPkg: Removing ipf which is no longer supported from edk2. Removing rules for Ipf sources file: * Remove the source file which path with "ipf" and also listed in [Sources.IPF] section of INF file. * Remove the source file which listed in [Components.IPF] section of DSC file and not listed in any other [Components] section. * Remove the embedded Ipf code for MDE_CPU_IPF. Removing rules for Inf file: * Remove IPF from VALID_ARCHITECTURES comments. * Remove DXE_SAL_DRIVER from LIBRARY_CLASS in [Defines] section. * Remove the INF which only listed in [Components.IPF] section in DSC. * Remove statements from [BuildOptions] that provide IPF specific flags. * Remove any IPF sepcific sections. Removing rules for Dec file: * Remove [Includes.IPF] section from Dec. Removing rules for Dsc file: * Remove IPF from SUPPORTED_ARCHITECTURES in [Defines] section of DSC. * Remove any IPF specific sections. * Remove statements from [BuildOptions] that provide IPF specific flags. The following rules are specially proposed by package owner: * Remove whole "CryptRuntimeDxe" folder which was designed for IPF. * Remove whole "Include/Protocol" folder * Update .Dec and .Dsc file accordingly. CryptoPkg: Add new API to retrieve commonName of X.509 certificate v3: Add extra CommonNameSize check since OpenSSL didn't check this input parameter. (One openssl issue was filed to address this risk: https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/4392) v2: Update function interface to return RETURN_STATUS to represent different error cases. Correct the Hash Calculation for Revoked X.509 Certificate to align with RFC3280 and UEFI 2.4 Spec. This patch added one new X509GetTBSCert() interface in BaseCryptLib to retrieve the TBSCertificate, and also corrected the hash calculation for revoked certificate to aligned the RFC3280 and UEFI 2.4 spec.
