BaseTools: add support Xcode 5 in the EmulatorPkg

BaseTools: add support Xcode 5 in the EmulatorPkg

The XCODE32 target is used to build the x86_64 Mac OS X application for the
emulator. The other Xcode targets build the EFIAPI needed for UEFI. This patch
removes an obsolete command line argument.
