SecurityPkg: Remove mTrEEZeroGuid definition in DxeTpm2MeasureBootLib

MdeModulePkg has defined gZeroGuid in 'Guid/ZeroGuid.h', therefore, the
mTrEEZeroGuid defined in DxeTpm2MeasureBootLib is redundant.
