OvmfPkg: simplify _CRS, _PRS, _SRS methods in the DSDT

Use Extended Interrupt Descriptors in the _CRS, _PRS, _SRS methods of
\_SB.PCI0.LPC.LNK[A-D], eliminating bit shifting.
