Subject: [PATCH] SecurityPkg/DxeImageVerificationLib: plug Data leak in
 IsForbiddenByDbx() (CVE-2019-14575)

If the second GetVariable() call for "dbx" fails, in IsForbiddenByDbx(),
we have to free Data. Jump to "Done" for that.
