  10 of this implementation of Fuchsia, where such license applies only to
  11 those patent claims, both currently owned by Google and acquired in
  12 the future, licensable by Google that are necessarily infringed by
  13 this implementation. This grant does not include claims that would be
  14 infringed only as a consequence of further modification of this
  15 implementation. If you or your agent or exclusive licensee institute
  16 or order or agree to the institution of patent litigation or any other
  17 patent enforcement activity against any entity (including a
  18 cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that this
  19 implementation of Fuchsia constitutes direct or contributory patent
  20 infringement, or inducement of patent infringement, then any patent
  21 rights granted to you under this License for this implementation of
  22 Fuchsia shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.
