  * New package grub-rescue-pc.
    - control: Add it.
    - README.Debian.in: Remove obsolete documentation.
    - rules: Build rescue images using grub-mkrescue.
    - grub-rescue-pc.dirs: Prepare their directory.
    - grub-rescue-pc.install: Install them.
