rseq/selftests/arm: Align 'struct rseq_cs' on 32 bytes
uapi/linux/rseq.h aligns 'struct rseq_cs' on 32 bytes. Satisfy this
alignment requirement in its definition within the rseq-arm.h
inline assembly as well.
