fbdev/sm712fb: Use correct initializer macros for struct fb_ops

fbdev/sm712fb: Use correct initializer macros for struct fb_ops

Only initialize mmap and draw helpers with macros; leave read/write
callbacks to driver implementations. Fixes the following warnings:
