usb: usbtest: avoid integer overflow in test_ctrl_queue()

Avoid overflowing context.count = param->sglen * param->iterations,
where both `sglen' and `iterations' are from userspace.

| usbtest_ioctl()

Keep -EOPNOTSUPP for error code.
