target/riscv: Replace Zvbb checking by Zvkb

The Zvkb extension is a proper subset of the Zvbb extension and includes
following instructions:
  * vandn.[vv,vx]
  * vbrev8.v
  * vrev8.v
  * vrol.[vv,vx]
  * vror.[vv,vx,vi]
