seabios-hppa: update to latest version

      parisc: add LASI PS/2 emulation.
      parisc: Add STI support
      parisc: wire up graphics console
      parisc: Add support for setting STI screen resolution

Required for STI and LASI support. Also adds a few Bugfixes.
