Due to the removal of the blkcipher and ablkcipher algorithm types,
crypto_skcipher::encrypt is now redundant since it always equals
crypto_skcipher_alg(tfm)->encrypt.
Remove it and update crypto_skcipher_encrypt() accordingly.
