Revert "cpufreq: fix garbage kobjects on errors during suspend/resume"

Commit 2167e2399dc5 (cpufreq: fix garbage kobjects on errors during
suspend/resume) breaks suspend/resume on Martin Ziegler's system
(hard lockup during resume), so revert it.
