gitmodules: use GitLab repos instead of qemu.org

gitmodules: use GitLab repos instead of qemu.org

qemu.org is running out of bandwidth and the QEMU project is moving
towards a gating CI on GitLab. Use the GitLab repos instead of qemu.org
(they will become mirrors).
