redhat setup: dhcp, manual and unmanaged network

Redhat apparently has no single-file config option to use
dhcp for ipv4 while using static ipv6 addresses, if ipv4 and
ipv6 are both configured we add a :0 alias with the second
config. This way all combinations should work.
