8 The Ceph Foundation exists to enable industry members to collaborate

10 Foundation provides an open, collaborative, and neutral home for

14 The Ceph Foundation is organized as a directed fund under the Linux
15 Foundation. Premier and General Member organizations contribute a
16 yearly fee to become members. Associate members are educational

90 The Ceph Foundation board is not responsible for and does not have any
91 direct control over the technical governance of Ceph. Development and
92 engineering activities are managed through traditional open source
