  30       This section contains internal utilities used by the library's implementation
  31       along with tools used in development and testing. These tools have limitied
  32       documentation, but now have quite stable interfaces and may also be useful
  33       outside Boost.Math.
  34     </p>
  35 <p>
  36       There is no doubt that these components can be improved, but they are also
  37       largely incidental to the main purpose of this library.
  38     </p>
  39 <p>
  40       These tools are designed to "just get the job done", and receive
  41       minimal documentation here, in the hopes that they will help stimulate further
  42       submissions to this library.
