OvmfPkg/AcpiPlatformDxe: Add log to show the installed tables

Commit 9fdc70af6ba8 wrongly removed the log from InstallQemuFwCfgTables
after ACPI tables are successfully installed. This patch add the log
back after all operations succeed.
