   6 have a question about a particular subset and also to provide a set of names
   7 to be CC'd when submitting a patch to obtain appropriate review.

  14         M: Mail patches to: FullName <address@domain>
  15            Maintainers are looking after a certain area and must be CCed on
  16            patches. They are considered the main contact point.
  17         R: Designated reviewer: FullName <address@domain>
  18            These reviewers should be CCed on patches.
  19            Reviewers are familiar with the subject matter and provide feedback
  20            even though they are not maintainers.
  21         L: Mailing list that is relevant to this area
  22            These lists should be CCed on patches.
  23         W: Web-page with status/info
  24         Q: Patchwork web based patch tracking system site
  25         T: SCM tree type and location.  Type is one of: git, hg, quilt, stgit.
  26         S: Status, one of the following:
  27            Supported:   Someone is actually paid to look after this.
  28            Maintained:  Someone actually looks after it.
  29            Odd Fixes:   It has a maintainer but they don't have time to do
  30                         much other than throw the odd patch in. See below.
  31            Orphan:      No current maintainer [but maybe you could take the

  33            Obsolete:    Old code. Something tagged obsolete generally means
