Vlv2TbltDevicePkg: Remove PcdPeiCoreMaxXXX PCDs' statement

The codes have been updated to not use PcdPeiCoreMaxFvSupported,
PcdPeiCoreMaxPeimPerFv and PcdPeiCoreMaxPpiSupported, so their
statement in platform DSC could be removed.
